We are proud to share that our General Manager, Christopher Dunham-Haigh was invited to speak at the recent CEETRA & Friends event in the beautiful Kranjska Gora, Slovenia.
During the panel discussion, Christopher shared valuable insights on the relationship between airport operators, retailers, and hospitality partners, highlighting the importance of collaboration across the entire airport ecosystem and the need for future planning.
He emphasized that strong partnerships between stakeholders help create a seamless passenger journey, enhance customer experience, and contribute to a unique sense of place within the airport environment. Supporting passengers through a change of mindset to see the airport journey as an exciting experience and not one of stress and worry was a key callout and an opportunity to create magic for the travelling public.
